Fulham boss Roy Hodgson, previously in charge of the Finland national team, is keen to bring Finnish international centre-back Sami Hyypia to Craven Cottage from Liverpool.Hodgson has apparently already made an enquiry for 34-year-old Hyypia and would like to sign him in January so that he can help Fulham battle clear of the relegation zone.
The big Finn has been on Fulham's wanted list for some time, and nearly joined the club last year.
As his former international boss, Hodgson will know exactly what he is getting.
